Cancellation Policy

A notification of cancellation or rescheduling an appointment must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment time or 50% of the service total will be charged to your card on file. All no-shows will be charged 100% of service total. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without any communication, this is considered a no-show. Your card on file will be charged the full service amount and your appointment will be cancelled.
